Karoo and Kingston Internet (part of the KCOM group) experienced a total loss of service from 3pm until around 10pm on Saturday the 9th of August effectively knocking Hull and the surrounding area that Kingston Communications (part of the KCOM group) serve off the internet.
They have not yet released details of what happened but it appears they had to call in Nortel and Cisco to resolve this issue.
